Enterprise Account Executive - German Speaking
Owns the full enterprise sales cycle for crypto compliance and investigation solutions, from territory development through complex, multi-stakeholder deal closure and expansion. Responsibilities
- Run the full enterprise sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, across a territory with substantial inbound interest.
- Identify, engage, and convert strategic enterprise accounts, including predefined targets and new prospects.
- Develop and execute multi-threaded sales strategies involving compliance, legal, risk, procurement, technology, and C-level stakeholders.
- Manage 5-, 6-, and 7-figure deal cycles using persuasion, influence, and value-based selling techniques.
- Drive account expansion through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate on multi-region and strategic global accounts.
- Partner with sales engineers, product experts, customer success, marketing, and partner channels.
- Monitor industry shifts and translate emerging challenges into opportunities for the solution suite.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
First Six Months
- Complete product certifications and onboarding.
- Map the territory, identify the top 20 target accounts, and build a qualified pipeline of at least 3x quarterly quota.
- Identify and actively pursue an upsell or cross-sell opportunity in an existing account.
- Complete discovery cycles with at least 10 enterprise prospects, applying the Value Pyramid and MEDDPPICC.
- Progress at least two opportunities to late-stage negotiation and close the first deal.
- Build multi-threaded relationships across compliance, risk, and C-suite stakeholders.
- Establish a reputation as a prepared, collaborative account owner.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B enterprise SaaS and/or DaaS sales within RegTech, FinTech, and/or Crypto.
- Proven record of consistently closing enterprise deals across multiple years and companies.
- Experience leading complex, long-cycle, large deals involving multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle both large strategic deals and quick-close 5-figure deals.
- Strong commercial curiosity and consultative, persuasive selling skills.
- Ability to build relationships from mid-level managers through C-suite executives.
- Collaborative, independent working style.
- Willingness to travel to customers and industry events.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Technical acumen and credibility with technical decision-makers.
- Familiarity with MEDDPPICC and value-based selling.
- Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM, LLMs, and AI-driven prospecting and productivity tools.
- Passion for generative AI.
