Responsibilities
- Partner with the Global Accenture Partner Development Manager and other GSI Partner Development Managers to build strategy, develop joint solutions, enable partners, develop pipeline, and close deals across EMEA.
- Enable Stripe and partner sales teams on the joint value proposition; lead account-mapping workshops, blitz days, and co-created opportunities.
- Orchestrate cross-functional resources for partner co-sell and go-to-market activities, and create a scalable joint GTM model.
- Support partner deal execution across pre-sales and post-sales with partner sales managers, partner solutions engineers, solutions architects, and account executives.
- Participate in weekly pipeline reviews and ensure pipeline information is thorough and accurate.
- Broker internal resources, tools, references, and investments to achieve quarterly goals.
- Build and execute territory- and opportunity-specific plans.
- Maintain accurate sales and partner activity records in Salesforce.
- Travel and work directly with partners, sellers, users, and prospects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of technology go-to-market experience.
- Strategy, sales, and business development experience working with consulting partners or independent software vendors.
- Process-oriented mindset with the ability to solve individual challenges while building scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage functional leaders internally and externally.
- Ability to lead and collaborate on cross-functional teams involving technical, sales, product, and support resources.
- Ability to build and execute territory and opportunity plans.
- Strong operational discipline and Salesforce proficiency.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice-to-haves
- Direct or indirect Accenture go-to-market experience.
- Experience driving GTM with global systems integrators such as PwC, Cognizant, Infosys, or Deloitte.
- Exposure to payments, commerce, and quote-to-cash landscapes.
- Understanding of payment platform integration models and how Stripe can complement independent software vendor solutions.
- Experience building successful joint GTM solutions with partners.
