Field Marketer - North America
The Field Marketing Manager will build and execute North American industry programs that generate enterprise pipeline, including executive events, conferences, roadshows, and account-based plays. The role requires 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, enterprise audience expertise, Salesforce and attribution fluency, and close GTM partnership.

Responsibilities
- Build a repeatable field marketing program mix that generates net-new pipeline quarter over quarter.
- Develop and execute the North America field plan across two to three industries, covering territory and account strategy, budgeting, execution, and attribution.
- Partner with Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives on named account lists, target buyers, event attendance, and follow-up.
- Design executive dinners, industry conferences, roadshows, roundtables, customer advisory sessions, and account-based programs.
- Create vertical-specific narratives, invitations, talk tracks, and follow-up sequences with Product Marketing.
- Manage event budgets and timelines; report pipeline created and cost per opportunity.
- Analyze program performance in Salesforce and DreamData, recommending programs to scale or retire.
- Follow up with participants alongside GTM and Growth teams.
- Collaborate with Paid Media and Demand Generation to amplify field programs.
- Own end-to-end execution, supported by the North America events team for venue, vendors, logistics, and on-site delivery.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B field, industry, or regional marketing, with a track record of influencing pipeline and closed revenue.
- Deep experience marketing to at least two of healthcare, financial services, telecommunications, retail, and e-commerce.
- Experience reaching enterprise buying committees for six- and seven-figure deals.
- Fluency in Salesforce and marketing attribution; able to defend pipeline metrics.
- Experience partnering effectively with account executives and GTM teams.
- Comfortable running executive dinners, speaking at events, and partnering with C-level stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, budget discipline, and ability to manage tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel approximately one-third of the time across North America.
- Transparent, proactive communication and willingness to challenge assumptions.
- AI-first working style and enthusiasm for ElevenLabs technology.
- Bias toward shipping.
