Responsibilities
- Own the Community Growth intelligence agenda by identifying high-value strategic questions, prioritizing analytical work, and ensuring insights inform team and product roadmaps.
- Frame ambiguous growth opportunities into hypotheses, analytical plans, opportunity sizing, and recommendations.
- Build investment cases connecting Community and Product strategy, resource needs, expected impact, tradeoffs, and risks.
- Establish metrics and measurement frameworks, independently explore data, and partner with Data Science on data architecture and deeper analyses.
- Create operating rhythms through portfolio prioritization, business reviews, progress reporting, and concise narratives about results and learnings.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through execution, measurement, and iteration with Community, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and Finance.
- Advise Community Growth leaders and senior stakeholders by challenging assumptions, surfacing tradeoffs, and aligning teams around decisions.
- Manage and develop a small team of analysts and strategists while contributing directly to analysis and execution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in consumer growth, growth marketing, strategy and operations, product strategy, business analytics, management consulting, or a related field, including work on a consumer product or platform.
- Track record of sizing opportunities, building investment cases, and translating analysis into prioritization decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical fluency, including advanced spreadsheet modeling and working knowledge of SQL.
- Experience defining KPIs and measurement frameworks and applying experimentation or other rigorous evaluation approaches.
- Experience managing and developing people while remaining hands-on.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to turn complex inputs into decision-ready narratives for senior leaders.
- Ability to create structure in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.
- Experience in management consulting, chief of staff, business operations, or growth strategy roles combining structured problem solving with hands-on execution.
- Experience in both a scaled consumer organization and a startup or scale-up environment.
- Experience with product-led, ecosystem, or community growth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $223,600–$313,000 USD.
- Equity in the form of restricted stock units; certain positions may also be eligible for commission.
