Own the growth product experience from acquisition through first reward, focusing on self-serve signup, onboarding, conversion, and activation. The role requires 6+ years shipping web products, strong technical and analytical judgment, and excellent written communication.

Responsibilities
- Own the product experience from first touch through the first reward sent, including signup, onboarding, and first order.
- Own conversion and experiments across the website and landing pages while partnering with Marketing on brand, content, and spend.
- Develop the growth roadmap and help staff the team through internal transfers and external hiring.
- Build systems for rapidly creating, changing, and retiring landing pages and experiments.
- Run end-to-end campaigns with Marketing across audiences, copy, landing pages, email, and advertising.
- Develop acquisition channels including referrals, programmatic SEO, AI-search and chatbot referrals, interactive tools, and recipient-to-sender conversion.
- Create an incentive framework for test funds and fee waivers.
- Prototype with AI and validate concepts with real companies.
- Work asynchronously in a documentation-first culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years shipping web products as a growth product manager, founder, or engineer, with substantial experience in acquisition, conversion, or activation.
- Technical depth sufficient to instrument funnels, interpret data, and build landing pages when appropriate.
- Strong judgment about conversion flows and when experimentation will produce meaningful evidence.
- Ability to adapt growth practices beyond standard product-led-growth models.
- Outstanding written communication.

Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: $240,000–$315,000.
