Responsibilities
- Define customer marketing strategy across channels to accelerate expansion for the Cap Table business.
- Prioritize customer experience in campaign strategy and use campaign data to improve segmentation, targeting, and execution across product buying and adoption journeys.
- Contribute to quarterly and annual planning and prioritization.
- Own upsell and cross-sell programs for QSBS, Carta Total Compensation (CTC), Equity Advisory, and future add-on products.
- Lead integrated campaigns spanning content, live and webinar events, paid media, and customer communications to drive expansion and retention.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, Lifecycle, Marketing Operations, Engineering, and other marketing partners on customer journey and persona-based campaigns.
- Build and scale in-product discovery campaigns that influence upsell across the customer journey.
- Use AI for account intelligence and account-based marketing to identify expansion opportunities and personalize campaigns.
- Optimize marketing workflows with AI and automation platforms to improve campaign planning, production, and performance management.
- Generate demand through customer-focused product launches.
Requirements
- 8+ years of customer or growth marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or outbound marketing.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally across Product, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Lifecycle, and Marketing Operations to drive measurable results.
- Experience designing multi-channel go-to-market programs, including in-product campaigns, email nurtures, virtual and in-person events, paid social, and targeted outbound campaigns.
- Ability to build and scale automated programs using triggers and workflows.
- Customer-focused and data-driven, with the ability to use insights to shape priorities and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a bias toward action and continuous improvement.
- Financial services or private capital experience is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Compensation & Benefits
- San Francisco, CA and New York, NY: $182,750–$215,000 salary.
- Seattle, WA: $173,613–$204,250 salary.
- Equity for all full-time roles and exceptional benefits.
