What You Will Accomplish
- Architect the future: Shape Eve's core platform, from infrastructure and reliability to AI-powered experiences used daily by hundreds of law firms. Delivering high-quality releases, driving increased value and ensuring reliability, availability, and scalability for our growing customer base.
- Drive product and technical strategy: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn ambitious ideas into scalable, customer-loved products.
- Hire and develop world-class talent: Recruit, mentor, and grow exceptional engineers and managers. Foster a culture where speed and quality coexist.
- Scale engineering at startup speed: Lead multiple high-performing teams building Eve's most critical systems.
- Raise the bar for excellence: Build the systems, frameworks, and culture that enable a fast-growing organization to ship with precision and confidence.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in a high-growth startup or similar environment, plus the ability to dive in and be hands-on if necessary.
- Deep technical expertise in system design, reliability, or large-scale product engineering.
- Bonus: Agentic systems or more AI native product building experience.
- Builder mindset: Comfortable diving into technical details when needed, but focused on creating leverage and clarity for others.
- A leader who knows when to coach, intervene, or move out of the way, enabling engineers to operate with ownership and pride.
- Strong product and business intuition: You care as much about what we build as how we build it.

Compensation and Benefits
US Base Salary Range: $250,000—$350,000 USD
