Senior People Business Partner
The Senior People Business Partner coaches managers, leads complex employee relations and performance matters, and partners across North America to improve team effectiveness. The role also helps build a scalable Regional HRBP model and values sound judgment, adaptability, and experience with US employment practices.

Responsibilities
- Coach managers on performance, feedback, development, conflict, team dynamics, and difficult people decisions.
- Investigate underlying causes of people and performance issues and recommend appropriate next steps.
- Lead performance management and employee relations matters across North America, balancing employee experience, business needs, consistency, and risk.
- Partner with managers on team health, engagement, talent, performance, and organizational change.
- Identify patterns across teams using qualitative input and People data; surface themes and risks.
- Collaborate with Functional HRBPs and People team partners without duplicating responsibilities.
- Help build and scale the Regional HRBP operating model.
- Explore technology, automation, and AI to reduce repetitive work and improve decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience as a People/HR Business Partner or in a role coaching managers and handling significant people and team challenges.
- Strong working knowledge of United States employment practices.
- Experience supporting employees across multiple US states strongly preferred; broader North American experience is a plus.
- Strong manager coaching, judgment, communication, adaptability, and independent decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively across teams, functions, and time zones in a distributed company.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience using engagement, performance, attrition, workforce, or other People data to investigate problems.
- Experience with or interest in People analytics and visualization tools.
- Interest in applying AI to manager and People team workflows.
- Experience building or improving HR operating models.
- Experience with a merger, integration, rapid growth, or significant organizational change.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation range: $115,719–$138,868 USD.
