Responsibilities

  • Turn customer insights into positioning that changes behavior
  • Build narratives from launches; write thoughtful, useful content
  • Own messaging and positioning end-to-end in partnership with product, sales, and leadership
  • Lead go-to-market for products: scope launches, make tradeoffs, ship, and measure post-launch impact
  • Engage in customer calls, sales calls, demos, win-loss analysis
  • Write first drafts, build decks; hands-on work without waiting on others
  • Plan events, test ads with contractors/agencies as needed

Requirements

  • 5–7 years in product marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS or complex marketplaces
  • Explain technical/operational products simply and grounded
  • Led GTM for real products, not just features
  • Comfortable going deep on customer/sales interactions for signal
  • Flexible, wears different hats beyond typical PMM role
