Responsibilities
- Turn customer insights into positioning that changes behavior
- Build narratives from launches; write thoughtful, useful content
- Own messaging and positioning end-to-end in partnership with product, sales, and leadership
- Lead go-to-market for products: scope launches, make tradeoffs, ship, and measure post-launch impact
- Engage in customer calls, sales calls, demos, win-loss analysis
- Write first drafts, build decks; hands-on work without waiting on others
- Plan events, test ads with contractors/agencies as needed
Requirements
- 5–7 years in product marketing at high-growth B2B SaaS or complex marketplaces
- Explain technical/operational products simply and grounded
- Led GTM for real products, not just features
- Comfortable going deep on customer/sales interactions for signal
- Flexible, wears different hats beyond typical PMM role
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in hospitality, travel, fintech, or vertical SaaS
- Genuine interest in hotels
