Responsibilities
- Partner with the Chief of Staff to execute cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Develop project plans and milestones.
- Coordinate work across multiple organizations.
- Track dependencies, risks, and key decisions.
- Prepare executive updates and status reviews.
- Drive follow-up to ensure commitments are completed.
- Lead planning and execution of strategic GTM programs, including Sales Kickoff (SKO), GTM OKRs, GTM communications, leadership workshops, and other executive-sponsored initiatives.
- Facilitate working sessions, track actions and decisions, measure outcomes, and capture lessons learned.
- Coordinate teams across Product, Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Engineering, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations.
- Identify risks, escalate issues, document decisions, and follow initiatives through implementation.
- Consolidate updates from multiple organizations and prepare executive-ready presentations and status reports.
- Develop dashboards and track progress against key initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support recommendations.
- Improve strategic workflows through AI-enabled workflows, automation, knowledge management, and process simplification.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Business Operations, Consulting, Program Management, or a related field.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong project and program management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting senior leaders.
- Ability to influence without direct authority.
