Responsibilities
- Lead global end-to-end operational program management for flagship executive experiences, including Davos, Executive Summit events, and Executive Briefing Center launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams and external partners to deliver high-profile executive programs.
- Build and maintain repeatable playbooks, best-practice documentation, and toolkits for scalable event execution.
- Manage global budget planning and tracking with accountable leads.
- Own executive-ready communications, status updates, reporting, and leadership dashboards.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and adoption of AI-powered tools to improve productivity and workflows.
Requirements
- 10+ years of project management experience, ideally in marketing or events.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to manage executive and working-team stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
- Experience managing budgets and creating playbooks and operational documentation for scaled programs.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with large-scale, high-profile, executive-facing events.
- Experience using Asana or other project planning software.
- Experience with budget and procurement software.
- Experience partnering with agencies, vendors, and third parties.
- Technology industry experience; financial services, payments, or B2B software experience is a plus.
- Experience with AI project-management workflow automation.
