Forward Deployed Engineer, Infrastructure Specialist
Deploy and integrate an enterprise AI platform across private-cloud and on-premises environments while partnering directly with customer IT teams. The role requires production Kubernetes, Helm, cloud infrastructure, networking, virtualization, DevOps, and Arabic and English fluency.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deployment of North in private-cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
- Partner with enterprise IT teams to assess infrastructure, security requirements, and data-management practices.
- Develop and deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise customers through rapid experimentation and execution.
- Design and implement deployment strategies tailored to client needs and data privacy and security requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Travel to customer premises 20–40% of the time.
Requirements
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Experience deploying enterprise software in private- or hybrid-cloud environments.
- Experience administering large-scale production Kubernetes clusters.
- Expertise with Helm.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with GPU node orchestration and scheduling.
- Understanding of GPU infrastructure, inference systems, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
