Technical Account Manager Architect
Provides technical account management, L3 escalation support, architecture guidance, and project leadership for enterprise ClickHouse customers across APJ. Requires at least five years of relevant experience with distributed database systems, cloud infrastructure, and customer-facing technical delivery.

Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing technical account management, consultative support, escalation insight, and oversight for strategic and enterprise ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects.
- Support onboarding, production launches, and proofs of concept across the APJ region.
- Provide architectural, technical, and migration guidance.
- Lead technical projects, escalations, and customer meetings.
- Own and oversee L3 support cases and escalations in partnership with L1/L2 Support.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales on product roadmaps and account plans.
- Provide availability for high-quality 24x7 support in a global, distributed environment.
- Assist with hiring and mentoring team members.
- Develop documentation, knowledge-base articles, ClickHouse Learning content, reference architectures, and QA materials.
- Travel onsite across the APJ region, currently estimated at up to 35% of the time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Senior Support, and/or Project Management.
- 5+ years of relevant experience implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database management systems.
- Strong technical breadth in database management systems, OLAP, cloud/SaaS platforms, distributed systems software engineering, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, system or network administration, and big data.
- Experience leading and delivering large-scope technical projects with experienced engineers.
- Expertise with a public cloud provider such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure and infrastructure-as-a-service offerings such as Amazon EC2.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in customer-facing and cross-functional environments.
- Ability to provide technical solutions and consultative support to users, customers, and prospects.
