Responsibilities
- Own onboarding and adoption for new accounts: get them live, train clean scanning technique, and drive first orders
- Grow accounts by expanding from inserts into more device categories, attaching Hike Intelligence, and adding new locations/providers
- Drive order volume from early orders to consistent, scaled monthly usage
- Own annual renewals and protect the base
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding product and operations feedback
Requirements
- 2–4 years in account management, customer success, or expansion roles
- Experience selling AI, software, or into healthcare, devices, or SaaS
- Comfortable carrying expansion and retention targets
- Ability to speak fluently about denials, reimbursement, and workflow
- Organized and proactive in managing a full book of accounts
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $120K–$180K
- Performance bonus: $20K–$40K annually
- OTE: $140K–$220K
