Partner Program Manager - Service Delivery
Own the service-delivery side of a B2B SaaS partner ecosystem, managing partner relationships, enablement, certification, and delivery quality. The role requires 5+ years in partner programs, channel operations, partner enablement, or equivalent services-delivery work, plus strong cross-functional program management.

Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of service delivery partners, including consultancies, MSPs, and vCISO firms.
- Serve as the primary partner contact for program participation, escalations, joint pipeline, and growth planning.
- Run QBRs and MBRs with senior partner stakeholders; align on goals, delivery capacity, and quarterly commitments.
- Support partner recruitment from internally sourced leads, guiding firms through onboarding and into the program.
- Partner with the certification team to build and maintain services-focused learning content.
- Own partner enablement across onboarding, ongoing training, instructor-led workshops, and product or framework rollouts.
- Define and monitor delivery quality metrics, including implementation CSAT, time-to-audit, control coverage, and escalation rates.
- Drive remediation programs when partner delivery falls below standards.
- Build feedback loops with Professional Services and Customer Success to surface delivery issues and improve enablement and program design.
- Coordinate with the Channel Sales program manager on shared rhythms, messaging, and partner-lifecycle handoffs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel or alliances, partner enablement, or partner operations at a B2B SaaS company, or equivalent services-delivery or partner-engagement experience at a consulting or audit firm.
- Experience designing or operating partner enablement, certification, or accreditation programs at scale.
- Strong program management skills across multiple concurrent workstreams and partner cohorts.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product.
- Ability to translate partner feedback into clear, actionable requests for internal teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentations to leadership and senior partner stakeholders.
- Self-starter who can structure ambiguous problems and execute scalable processes.
- Collaborative mindset and interest in building programs from the ground up.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with GRC, security, or compliance markets, including competitors, audit firms, and consultancies.
- Experience working at or building a partner program for a GRC, security, or compliance vendor.
- Familiarity with partner relationship management platforms such as Allbound, Impartner, or PartnerStack.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-based partner workflows.
- Technical fluency sufficient to discuss platform capabilities, APIs, integrations, and implementation scoping.
- GRC or partner-program certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or ASAP CA-AM.
