Responsibilities
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex incidents and requests across Slack, Google Workspace, Zoom, Proofpoint, Jira, and Office 365.
- Lead deep technical troubleshooting at the application, integration, and infrastructure layers, including API calls, logs, and network dependencies.
- Configure, optimize, and maintain collaboration and productivity platforms for performance, security, and scalability.
- Write and maintain automation scripts for repetitive tasks, reporting, and integrations.
- Diagnose and resolve authentication, SSO, and MFA issues, primarily involving Okta and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Analyze system and application logs to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Build and maintain integrations between enterprise tools, including Slack bots, Jira workflows, Zoom add-ons, and Office 365 connectors.
- Drive or assist with SaaS application deployments, upgrades, and migrations.
- Manage vendor relationships and provide feedback to influence product roadmaps where appropriate.
- Document troubleshooting processes, scripts, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in systems engineering, SaaS administration, or platform engineering, with senior-level technical ownership.
- Expert-level experience with the Slack admin console, Google Workspace, Zoom administration, Jira administration, Proofpoint, and Office 365 tenant management.
- Strong expertise in identity and access management, including SSO integrations, MFA, and directory services, particularly Okta.
- Advanced scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Python, or comparable languages.
- Experience building reusable tools and integrations.
- Proven ability to debug APIs and integrations between enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Fluency with log analysis platforms, monitoring dashboards, and observability tooling.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of resolving complex issues.
- Ability to partner effectively with Engineering and Security teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS, startup, or high-growth technology environment.
- Familiarity with Intune and Jamf.
- Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA frameworks.
- Experience with automation or AI platforms.
