Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and internal subject matter expert for NetSuite, managing roles, permissions, workflows, forms, saved searches, reports, dashboards, custom fields, and custom records.
- Configure and administer NetSuite Financials, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Recognition, MCP, SuiteAnalytics, dashboards, saved searches, workflows, roles, permissions, and user access.
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Procurement, People, IT, and business stakeholders to translate finance-process requirements into scalable configurations and controls.
- Manage integrations and data flows between NetSuite and connected systems; investigate issues, coordinate fixes, and maintain reliable master data.
- Improve automation and operational efficiency through system enhancements, workflow design, approval routing, and native NetSuite functionality.
- Own release management, sandbox testing, user acceptance testing, change control, documentation, and end-user training.
- Monitor data quality, access, controls, and audit readiness; identify risks and recommend improvements.
- Support reporting, dashboards, saved searches, and ad hoc analysis.
- Evaluate and support related finance and procurement tools, including Zip.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience in a business environment.
- Experience supporting or leading one to two full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations, including requirements, design, configuration, data migration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, financial systems, and Finance processes, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, order management, procurement, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Experience building and supporting complex finance integrations, AI workflows, and agents.
- Ability to translate reporting, automation, and process-improvement needs into practical NetSuite solutions.
- Familiarity with billing, procurement, spend-management, and AP-automation tools.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work as a hands-on individual contributor and internal NetSuite resource while maintaining data quality and system reliability.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and operate flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
