Responsibilities

  • Manage client acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies across the retail industry portfolio.
  • Oversee industry sales revenue and quota attainment; provide accurate forecasting and progress assessments to leadership.
  • Manage, coach, and develop sales and account-management professionals.
  • Direct sales professionals in expanding influence across targeted accounts.
  • Build team AI fluency and drive adoption of improved processes and automation.
  • Lead hiring and onboarding in partnership with GTM, Finance, and People Experience teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, legal, and operations on partner success and deal execution.
  • Develop sales strategies informed by performance insights, partner segmentation, and industry benchmarks.
  • Contribute to scalable go-to-market strategies across the sales organization.
  • Connect advertising campaign performance to partner business outcomes and key performance indicators.
  • Lead account planning and revenue strategy implementation using data and insights.
  • Coach sellers on Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, reporting, and data integrity.
  • Represent the company in partner interactions, events, speaking engagements, and conferences.
  • Translate long-term strategies into clear, actionable team goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of people-management experience, with demonstrated mentoring or coaching success.
  • 8+ years of new-business and account-management experience in digital media, advertising, or related industries.
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas while managing key accounts or portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of media performance metrics, advertising KPIs, and data-informed business decisions.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Excel, plus strong analytical, forecasting, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced fluency with AI tools supporting account growth, sales performance, and sales-process improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base salary: $186,000–$198,000 annually.
  • On-target earnings: $372,000–$396,000 annually, excluding accelerators and sales-plan incentive funds.
  • Equity for full-time employees.
