Leads a team of Strategic Account Executives selling a specialized intelligence platform to complex F500 organizations. The role owns revenue outcomes, enterprise pipeline and forecasting, strategic deal involvement, team development, and function building.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 Strategic Account Executives focused on named enterprise accounts in North America.
- Own the team’s pipeline, forecast, and revenue outcomes.
- Provide executive sponsorship, coach deal strategy, and help navigate complex sales cycles involving legal, deal desk, and R&D.
- Establish forecast discipline and conduct high-quality weekly pipeline reviews.
- Develop account and territory plans, pursuing intentional coverage and whitespace.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top enterprise sales talent.
- Travel extensively to support deals and the team in the field.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading frontline enterprise sales teams selling business application software, with direct F500 revenue accountability.
- 10+ years of combined individual contributor and management experience in enterprise sales.
- Track record in emerging technology categories and top-down selling to strategic stakeholders.
- Experience building a function from scratch, including pacing and pipeline-generation targets.
- Experience closing and coaching six- and seven-figure ACV deals.
- Ability to operate autonomously in a decentralized environment.
- Experience recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sellers.
- Willingness to travel extensively.

- Experience selling a horizontal platform across multiple verticals and buyer personas.
- Existing relationships and credibility within relevant F500 accounts.
Compensation & Benefits
- OTE range of $400,000–450,000, with a 60/40 base-to-variable split and uncapped commission.
