The Talent Acquisition Manager will source, assess, and engage Sales, Marketing, and Support candidates while advising hiring managers and improving recruiting processes. The role requires hands-on experience in fast-growing or sales-led organizations, strong communication skills, and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities
- Headhunt top talent for Sales, Marketing, and Support functions by sourcing and engaging candidates based on hiring needs.
- Assess applications, manage candidate screening, and conduct pre-qualification interviews.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience using competency-based assessment methods.
- Engage and manage internal stakeholders by coaching hiring managers and sharing best practices.
- Track and report talent acquisition metrics to identify best practices and pain points.
Requirements
- Experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment and/or experience hiring go-to-market, commercial, or business profiles.
- Combined agency/search and internal talent acquisition experience.
- Headhunting experience developed in sales-led organizations.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Ability to use productivity tools and manage and prioritize tasks in a structured way.
- Curiosity, autonomy, pragmatism, analytical thinking, and rigor.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
