What You Will Do

  • Own Gigs’ brand and content storytelling across channels, including our website, blog, social media, case studies and other key marketing assets
  • Own and evolve our AI marketing strategy, improving how Gigs is represented, discovered, and recommended across LLMs and emerging AI-driven channels
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing channels such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Lead internal communications to ensure leadership and cross-functional teams are aligned and informed on key marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute event marketing, from strategy through on-the-ground coordination
  • Partner with Design to ensure consistency and quality across all campaigns and marketing assets
  • Partner with data teams to define brand awareness metrics, implement tracking, and continuously optimize campaigns

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years in content and/or performance marketing
  • You are a storyteller who knows how to make complex products easy to understand, adopt, and trust
  • You have experience working across multiple marketing disciplines, including content, social media, events, and performance marketing
  • You have built scalable content and distribution engines that measurably amplified brand awareness
  • You have used AI tools in your day-to-day work to improve speed, creativity, and decision-making
  • You have worked extensively with creative teams and can communicate in marketing briefs
  • You are comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end, from strategy through execution
  • You have experience in a high-growth tech startup or marketing agency environment
