About the role

What you will do

  • Partner with the Sales team to ensure prospect success during Rippling evaluation
  • Understand prospect technical requirements and convey business value of Rippling's HR product suite
  • Manage technical demonstrations and POCs addressing unique business objectives
  • Create, present, and maintain technical content for customer success with Rippling HR suite
  • Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Become product expert across Rippling platform and understand competitor landscape
  • Work with SC peers and leadership to build best-in-class SC organization

What you will need

  • 4+ years experience in pre-sales role within HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance, or equivalent HR practitioner experience
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with bias towards action, energized by fast-paced environment
