What you will do
Partner with the Sales team to ensure prospect success during Rippling evaluation
Understand prospect technical requirements and convey business value of Rippling's HR product suite
Manage technical demonstrations and POCs addressing unique business objectives
Create, present, and maintain technical content for customer success with Rippling HR suite
Provide customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
Become product expert across Rippling platform and understand competitor landscape
Work with SC peers and leadership to build best-in-class SC organization
What you will need
4+ years experience in pre-sales role within HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance, or equivalent HR practitioner experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Self-starter with bias towards action, energized by fast-paced environment
