Responsibilities
Build and maintain Basis demo environments across accounting, finance, audit, and tax workflows
Create custom procedures within Basis that showcase real accounting use cases
Automate repetitive build tasks using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the Basis platform
Stay current on Basis product updates and translate new capabilities into demo-ready assets
Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure demos reflect real customer workflows
Requirements
2–4 years in accounting, audit, tax, or a related finance function
Hands-on experience automating tasks (Excel, Python, or similar)
Strong writer — can distill complex accounting concepts into clear instruction sets
Technically curious — picks up new software and platforms quickly
Detail-oriented and self-directed; comfortable managing multiple projects without much hand-holding
Startup mindset — thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, owns outcomes
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with accounting software (QBO, NetSuite, Xero, Sage, etc.)
Experience across multiple practice lines (accounting/finance, audit, and/or tax)
Prior experience in a sales support, solutions, or enablement role
Manages Enterprise Business Development team in Denver, driving pipeline generation through inbound/outbound strategies, team coaching, and recruitment. Requires 1-2 years managing BDR/SDR teams and 2+ years outbound sales in SaaS/B2B.
