Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term technical sales strategy with regional and country sales leaders to drive pipeline and revenue for the Cloudflare Developer Platform.
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team of Solution Architects serving as trusted technical advisors and regional leads.
- Partner with executive leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Sales to align goals and develop data-driven value propositions and customer stories.
- Manage the annual budget and allocate resources to meet customer and business needs.
- Support executive engagement with C-level stakeholders at strategic customer accounts.
- Oversee feedback loops between field teams and internal teams to inform product roadmap improvements using customer usage and competitive intelligence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in technical sales involving cloud computing, storage, or full-stack engineering.
- Significant experience leading technical teams.
- Proven ability to develop programs that drive sales strategy and pipeline generation in complex technical environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern web technologies, cloud architecture, AI/ML, and distributed serverless platforms.
- Ability to mentor teams in systems design for distributed, full-stack applications.
- Demonstrated success collaborating across Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive revenue and customer adoption.
- Resume/CV detailing team leadership and technical architecture experience.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience building applications or solutions with Cloudflare Workers.
- AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Architect certification.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, versioning, and system integrations.
Compensation and Benefits
- Bay Area hires: estimated annual salary of $244,000-$310,000 OTE.
- New York hires: estimated annual salary of $234,000-$295,000 OTE.
- Eligible for Cloudflare’s equity plan.
