Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout customers’ Wiz platform journeys and stay current on product features.
- Manage up to 10 strategic customers, driving adoption, business value realization, and customer satisfaction during onboarding and operationalization.
- Identify expansion opportunities and support renewals with sales and renewals teams.
- Build relationships with customer contacts from C-suite executives to practitioners; lead value-based conversations and contribute to QBRs and executive briefings.
- Help customers create measurable success plans aligned with security and compliance objectives.
- Resolve adoption blockers by coordinating across internal and external stakeholders.
- Advocate for customers by documenting needs, capturing feature requests, and partnering with Product and Engineering on priorities and alternatives.
- Help scale the TAM organization, improve go-to-market processes, support technical escalations, mentor TAMs, and develop subject-matter expertise.
- Contribute to industry events, community posts, and blogs while monitoring emerging cloud-security threats.
Requirements
- Native Brazilian Portuguese speaker with excellent spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in hybrid mode, spending 3 days per week in the São Paulo office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 of the 6 minimum qualifications, including 8 years of experience in technical customer-facing cloud or cloud-security roles.
- Experience with cloud services and architecture across at least two cloud service providers.
- Experience deploying and operationalizing Docker or Kubernetes and addressing related security considerations.
- Experience with DevOps technologies such as CI/CD, version control systems, or infrastructure as code, including their security implications.
- Experience in cloud cybersecurity, including exposure to AI/ML technologies applied to threat detection or security operations.
- Legal right to work in Brazil without visa sponsorship.
Nice-to-haves
- 12 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products.
- Multiple advanced cloud-service-provider certifications.
- CISSP, CCSP, or similar security certifications.
- Experience with cloud-security best practices, advanced threat models, and complex CNAPP use cases.
- Experience managing a book of business with 5+ complex enterprise or strategic customers.
- Executive relationship management and customer outcome delivery.
- Experience with Slack, email, support tickets, CRM systems, and log-analysis tools.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and technical-issue resolution skills.
