Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize inbound leads for timely follow-up.
- Develop and lead targeted outbound campaigns with the sales team, from idea generation through qualified calls.
- Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, generate interest, and develop accounts to stimulate opportunities.
- Organize and maintain the sales pipeline, including detailed records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Develop strategies to improve meeting-to-opportunity conversion using data-driven insights and best practices.
- Use AI tools to identify buying signals across target accounts, including hiring patterns, GitHub activity, technology-stack changes, and funding events.
- Build AI-assisted account research briefs covering prospects' AI strategies, current tooling, and likely pain points.
- Map personas such as data scientists, ML engineers, IT/security, and procurement stakeholders, and tailor messaging to each.

- Technical sales experience in AI, machine learning, or data science.
- Experience in a product-led growth company or fast-paced startup.
- Experience in an open-source, AI, or data science-oriented company.
- Experience building repeatable AI-assisted prospecting systems using tools such as Clay, Apollo, or custom GPT workflows.
