Zuora System Specialist
Own and optimize Zuora Billing and its Salesforce integration for a SaaS quote-to-cash operation. The role partners with Finance, Sales, and technical stakeholders to improve billing accuracy, automate processes, and resolve complex systems issues.

Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Zuora Billing, including product catalog management, pricing, subscriptions, invoicing, and payment processes.
- Manage and troubleshoot the Salesforce–Zuora integration across the quote-to-cash lifecycle.
- Improve billing operations through automation, process enhancements, and data-quality initiatives.
- Partner with Finance on billing accuracy, revenue recognition, forecasting, and month-end activities.
- Resolve complex billing-system issues and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Finance.
- Analyze billing data, monitor system performance, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, including product catalog management, SKU configuration, workflow automation, subscription amendments, and reporting.
- Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally including the Zuora for Salesforce connector or CPQ.
- Strong understanding of SaaS subscription billing concepts, including ARR, MRR, proration, amendments, and co-terming.
- Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and cross-functional handoffs between Sales, Finance, and Systems.
- Analytical mindset focused on continuous improvement and efficiency.
- Ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
