About the role

Responsibilities

  • Directly manage a team of product marketers covering core products (Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Device Trust).
  • Set clear expectations, manage performance, coach team members on clearer thinking, stronger writing, and stakeholder effectiveness.
  • Own messaging, positioning, and launch strategy for core products.
  • Define market narrative reframing products in the age of AI and automation.
  • Own positioning and market leadership claims; develop competitive differentiation and solution narratives.
  • Produce discovery decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and technical briefs for sales and SE teams.
  • Surface win/loss signals and turn them into repeatable GTM motions.
  • Serve as the voice of the market to Product leadership, providing customer evidence, analyst intelligence, competitive signals, and field feedback to influence roadmap, prioritization, packaging, and positioning.
  • Act as a credible external voice in analyst briefings, customer advisory calls, thought leadership; write bylines, talk tracks, and keynote content.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with strong depth in identity security, credentials management, or access governance.
  • Hands-on experience positioning AI-adjacent or AI-native security solutions.
  • Understanding of how identity security needs to evolve to support developers and AI builders.
  • Ability to market technically complex products to IT leaders, security engineers, CISOs without losing coherence.
  • Track record in competitive markets unseating incumbents or reframing a category.
  • Understanding of how AI agents reshape identity and access security requirements.
  • Working knowledge of developer toolchains (IDEs, GitHub Actions, CI/CD) and secrets management patterns.
  • Use AI to accelerate work while owning strategy, judgment, and narrative; defend recommendations with clear thinking.
  • Strong narrative instincts and ability to write for multiple audiences (CISO, platform engineer).
  • Experience shaping category narratives.
  • 3+ years directly managing PMMs with examples of developing and growing people; strong hiring track record.

  • Security certifications (CISSP, Security+, or similar).
  • Experience driving thought leadership in a fast-moving technology category.
