About the job
Responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard design partners by defining partner profiles, configuring connectors and project context, and establishing engagement metrics.
- Build and iterate on first-party skill packs until their output meets the quality bar operators would otherwise pay an agency to achieve.
- Translate partner feedback into a prioritized roadmap of skill, connector, and capability improvements; write specifications and drive execution with relevant teams.
- Lead case studies end to end with partnerships, product, and growth marketing; run engagements, measure results, and package outcomes for paid, organic, and partner channels.
- Expand usage among existing SMB operators through onboarding, lifecycle initiatives, and in-product recommendations.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of total work experience and a strong academic record.
- Two years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable high-intensity analytical role, followed by operating experience.
- Experience with marketing workflows such as paid social, lifecycle marketing, conversion rate optimization, or SEO.
- Experience using AI agents for real work, including writing prompts, creating skills, and building end-to-end automation systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with founders or heads of marketing.
- Comfortable with SQL, including pulling cohorts, validating segments, and interpreting dashboards.
- Ability to operate with high velocity in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
Nice to Have
- Founder or early employee experience at a DTC or e-commerce brand, performance marketing agency, or marketing technology company.
