Product Manager, Growth
Own growth product strategy and experimentation across onboarding, upsells, upgrades, recommendations, feature adoption, and cross-device conversion. The role requires strong analytical skills, SQL fluency, product judgment, and experience in high-intensity analytical and operating environments.

Responsibilities
- Own the upsell roadmap, including new upsell levers and iteration on existing ones.
- Run onboarding experiments to accelerate users’ first successful outcome.
- Build personalized recommendations that deepen usage, including connector recommendations, follow-up suggestions, and segment-aware surfaces.
- Own upgrade flows for free-to-paid conversion, plan upgrades, and paid credit purchases.
- Drive adoption of new Computer features by determining targeting, timing, surfaces, and success measurement.
- Improve cross-device conversion between web, mobile, and desktop applications.
- Analyze funnels, cohorts, and segments to identify high-leverage opportunities; define metrics, denominators, and cohort windows.
- Maintain retention, support-volume, and margin guardrails while improving conversion.
- Write product specifications, tickets, and experiment briefs; coordinate execution across engineering, design, data, and marketing.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of total work experience with a strong academic record.
- Approximately 2 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable high-intensity analytical role, followed by operating experience in growth, product, or entrepreneurship.
- Strong analytical ability, fluent SQL, and comfort with experiment design and statistical readouts.
- Understanding of user journeys, personas, behavioral triggers, and segment-level analysis.
- Strong product judgment and attention to second-order effects.
- Ability to manage multiple experiments and move between analysis, specification, and execution.
- Bias to action, low ego, and high ownership in ambiguous environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation platforms such as Eppo, Statsig, Optimizely, or equivalent in-house tools.
- Experience with subscription and usage-based billing products, paywalls, or paid-upgrade experimentation.
- Experience shipping across web and native mobile surfaces.
