Categorizing and Maintaining a High-Priority Startup List

  • Develop tiered list (Tier 1, 2, 3) based on strategic importance and growth potential
  • Monitor venture funding and AI product trends
  • Align with Sales, Marketing, Product, AI Partnerships, Venture teams

Driving Growth and Results from Tier 1 and Tier 2 Startups

  • Dedicate 60% time to Tier 1, 20% to Tier 2
  • Facilitate ELT introductions for Tier 1 founders
  • Provide GTM support using Snowflake's customer base
  • Promote Cortex REST APIs for PLG
  • Develop partnerships with Foundation Model providers
  • Enable sales/SE teams on FM access and token capacity

Measuring and Reporting on Growth and Effectiveness

  • Track OKRs: new startups >$5K ARR, capacity commits, fundraising growth, cohort adoption
  • Provide regular reports on progress
  • Collaborate with Finance and Sales Ops on tracking and commissions

Qualifications

  • Proven BD/partnerships experience in AI/ML or cloud, startup focus
  • Deep AI ecosystem knowledge, funding/product trends
