Leads Plaid’s Enterprise account management organization, growing revenue and building strategic customer partnerships while recruiting and developing senior account managers. Requires 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years managing a revenue-driving team and experience with enterprise technology customers.

Responsibilities
- Engage directly with C-level executives to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Build and execute strategies that drive upsell, cross-sell, and renewal revenue across the Enterprise customer base.
- Operationalize account management processes to improve team efficiency.
- Recruit, hire, develop, motivate, and coach a world-class account management team.
- Deliver revenue targets for the business.
- Partner with Product and other go-to-market teams to develop customer solutions and drive team and customer success.
- Work with company leadership to set direction for the Enterprise team and broader organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years managing a revenue-driving team.
- Proven success driving revenue results at a technology company; financial services or fintech experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with enterprise clients, including banking or wealth management firms.
- Consultative sales approach with a product-centric mindset.
- Ability to articulate complex technical solutions and financial value propositions to internal stakeholders, customers, and executive audiences.
- Strong analytical skills for understanding customer trends at scale.
- Ability and willingness to learn Plaid's APIs and become more technical.
- Experience recruiting, onboarding, and coaching teams.
- Ability to build strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Outstanding communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary range: $213,600–$289,200.
- Additional compensation may include equity and/or commission.
