Responsibilities
- Set and execute the go-to-market strategy for CTV capabilities in Pinterest Ads Manager, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, enablement, and adoption.
- Translate technical product capabilities into customer value propositions for advertisers, agencies, and internal teams.
- Partner with Product, Data Science, Sales, Marketing, and Pinterest Ads teams to synthesize customer, market, competitive, and performance insights.
- Create launch and enablement materials, including positioning frameworks, messaging guides, sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, product pages, release communications, and training content.
- Lead cross-functional launch working groups and establish owners, milestones, dependencies, and escalation paths.
- Define and monitor launch and adoption metrics, using performance data and customer feedback to improve future programs.
- Use AI to accelerate research, analysis, and content development while validating accuracy, quality, and responsible handling of sensitive information.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or a closely related role in ad tech, CTV, performance marketing, or B2B SaaS.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience bringing complex technical products or features to market, from positioning and messaging through enablement, external promotion, and post-launch optimization.
- Experience in ad tech, performance marketing, CTV, programmatic advertising, or related domains.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and data into clear, customer-centered narratives for multiple audiences and formats.
- Experience using customer, market, competitive, and product-performance insights to shape recommendations and go-to-market decisions.
- Experience partnering across Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Experience using AI to improve research, analysis, or content development, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality.
- High integrity and ownership, including protecting sensitive data and applying critical judgment to AI-assisted work.

Compensation
- Base salary: $145,747–$300,067 USD.
- Eligible for equity.
