Own end-to-end delivery of customer projects for insurers, coordinating timelines, risks, stakeholders, and technical teams to launch pricing models and integrations. The role also improves project processes and applies AI and automation to make delivery more scalable.

Responsibilities
- Own customer projects end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, risks, and outcomes while acting as the primary customer point of contact.
- Support customers in going live with hx Renew quickly and effectively, balancing pace with quality and ensuring delivery drives meaningful outcomes.
- Maintain real-time views of project progress, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and status; surface issues early and keep customers and internal teams aligned.
- Define, use, and improve project management artefacts such as project plans, RAID logs, governance rhythms, and handovers.
- Apply AI and automation to improve project delivery, including workshop summaries, status updates, risk identification, and delivery visibility.
- Translate customer needs into clear actions for Model Development, Technology, and Customer Engineering teams.
- Improve delivery processes, templates, and ways of working to make the function more scalable and effective.
Requirements
- Experience delivering or contributing to projects in SaaS, technology, financial services, or consulting environments.
- Experience working directly with stakeholders and adapting communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, risk and issue tracking, and stakeholder communication.
- Demonstrated initiative in improving a process, tool, or way of working through to adoption.
- Curiosity about tools and AI and how they can improve work practices.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments, balancing independence with asking for support when needed.
- Comfort working directly with customers and taking ownership of delivery outcomes.
