Field Marketing Manager, Central
The Field Marketing Manager will build and execute an account-based field marketing motion for the Central region, partnering with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales to generate pipeline and accelerate deals. The role requires startup or high-growth technology experience, strong event operations, and proficiency with modern marketing tools.

Responsibilities
- Own field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement for the Central region in partnership with Enterprise and Mid-Market sales.
- Develop account-based programs using target account lists and intent data.
- Build the regional calendar by prioritizing cities, accounts, and event formats.
- Drive measurable pipeline through pre-event, event-day, and post-event programs.
- Partner with account executives, SDRs, and sales leadership to convert engagement into revenue.
- Manage venues, speakers, sponsorships, vendors, and budgets end to end.
- Travel to and run events on site, representing the company with customers and prospects.
- Share regional insights to inform campaign strategy, messaging, and product positioning.
- Create scalable field marketing playbooks for additional regions and segments.
- Ensure programs reflect the company’s voice and mission.
Requirements
- Experience at a high-growth startup or hyper-growth public technology company.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline through field programs supporting Enterprise and Mid-Market sales.
- Hands-on account-based marketing experience, including intent-data usage and named-account strategy.
- Strong project management skills across multiple programs, cities, and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, creative, adaptable, and comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Passion for developers, autonomy, and shaping adoption of new categories.
- Genuine interest in using AI as a productivity multiplier.
- Comfort with Salesforce, HubSpot, and Luma.
