Owns strategy, creative development, production, and execution for high-profile flagship events, including major conferences, sales programs, and experiential activations. The role requires extensive large-scale event production, multimillion-dollar budget management, vendor leadership, and cross-functional program execution.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end strategy and production for flagship events, including Sales Kickoff, President’s Club, Tier-1 conferences and trade shows such as AWS re:Invent, and major sponsored experiences.
- Translate business objectives into event strategies and premium attendee experiences that strengthen the brand and support measurable outcomes.
- Serve as executive producer from concept and budgeting through creative development, production, onsite execution, and post-event measurement.
- Lead booths, sponsorships, customer programming, hospitality, offsite activations, executive participation, and related brand experiences at major industry events.
- Own multimillion-dollar budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, scenario planning, and investment recommendations.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage agencies, production companies, venues, DMCs, experiential partners, AV and technical production teams, and specialty vendors.
- Lead cross-functional workstreams across Marketing, Brand, Sales, Product, Communications, People, Finance, Legal, and Executive Leadership.
- Establish production plans, critical paths, RACI structures, run-of-show documentation, contingency plans, and onsite operating models.
- Act as the senior decision-maker during flagship event execution.
- Develop scalable event processes, vendor relationships, production standards, and best practices.
- Conduct post-event analysis and use stakeholder feedback, attendee insights, and operational learnings to improve future programs.
- Travel extensively for onsite production and execution.
Requirements
- Experience owning end-to-end strategy and production for large-scale, high-complexity events such as sales kickoffs, user conferences, President’s Club, or Tier-1 industry conferences and sponsorships.
- Proven experience serving as executive producer for flagship programs from concept and budgeting through onsite execution and post-event measurement.
- Experience managing multimillion-dollar event budgets, including forecasting, reconciliation, and scenario planning.
- Strong experience sourcing, negotiating with, and managing external agencies, production companies, venues, DMCs, and AV or technical production partners.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional programs across marketing, sales, product, communications, finance, legal, and executive leadership.
- Strong project management skills across multiple large-scale programs, vendors, budgets, timelines, and stakeholders.
- Experience developing premium attendee experiences for employees, customers, executives, partners, and VIP audiences.
- Willingness to travel significantly for flagship events.
