B2B Field Marketer - EMEA

Own and accelerate B2B field marketing across EMEA through physical campaigns, events, installations, and audience engagement programs. The role requires 5+ years of field marketing experience, strong budget and event ownership, analytical ability, and frequent travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

  • Own the EMEA field marketing roadmap and campaign budget allocations in partnership with regional growth leads.
  • Manage physical campaigns and events end to end, including events, dinners, and roundtables.
  • Represent the company at events, pop-ups, and local installations; manage on-site logistics and execution.
  • Own convention and fair participation, including contract negotiation, budgeting, invoicing, booth design, vendor management, resource planning, and visual branding.
  • Design complete event ecosystems, including out-of-home advertising, speaking placements, exclusive dinners, breakfasts, and other audience touchpoints.
  • Partner with the growth team on retargeting and account-based marketing.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness, including pipeline generated, cost per attendee, and sales-qualified leads.

Requirements

  • Native-level English speaker.
  • 5+ years of field marketing experience, including 2–3 years owning field marketing events from start to finish.
  • Experience in a scale-up environment or evidence of strong entrepreneurial initiative.
  • Experience setting roadmaps, managing and forecasting budgets, reporting, analytics, and data interpretation.
  • Expertise in event logistics, vendor management, contract negotiation, and cross-departmental project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt strategies and tactics as markets change.
  • Broad knowledge of event planning and campaign execution.
  • Self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation.
  • Ability to understand customer bases and craft positioning for UKI and Nordic markets.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA and proven experience managing local installations, pop-ups, or unique activation spaces.
