Strategic Channel Sales Manager
Drive growth by recruiting and managing channel partners (MSPs/MSSPs) in cybersecurity GRC space, executing land-and-expand sales cycles, and meeting revenue targets through indirect channels. Requires 3+ years channel sales experience, GRC knowledge, and strong relationship skills.

Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in the Service Provider, MSP and/or MSSP community to expand the company's presence in the Risk and Compliance space.
- Run a targeted “land and expand” sales cycle to select prospective partners.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing channel partners, providing training, support, and resources to drive sales.
- Execute a channel sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the company's sales and marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies for our partners.
- Act as a liaison between the company and its channel partners, communicating key product updates and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth in the channel.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience selling to Service Providers, MDR providers, MSPs and/or MSSPs (as opposed to VARs, etc.).
- High-level familiarity with working with service providers and their business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the GRC space, cybersecurity and related technology solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through channel partners.
