Responsibilities

  • Find creative, scrappy ways to get Circleback in front of more people through distribution
  • Build and run growth experiments across channels (paid, organic, community, partnerships, content) with a bias toward what scales
  • Drum up buzz for product launches–coordinate releases, build anticipation, and make sure the right people know
  • Define and own Circleback's brand positioning and messaging consistently everywhere
  • Map the user journey from first touch to company-wide deployment, identify drop-offs, and work with the team to fix
  • Set up automated growth systems (retargeting, intent-based lead capture, website conversion tools)
  • Dig into product and user data to inform targeting, what's working, and opportunities
  • Explore sales-assisted motions for expanding within companies
  • Work with contractors or agencies for design, ads, or specialized work

  • Owned the full marketing function at an early-stage company
  • Comfortable with brand and positioning work, running experiments, building automations, and data analysis
  • Move fast, resourceful, self-directed
  • Strong opinions on good marketing, held loosely based on results
  • Can write well, think clearly about positioning, make a product feel unique
  • Strong sense of taste and attention to detail for brand presentation
