About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own logo acquisition and complex, high-value enterprise customer relationships.
  • Run full-cycle enterprise deals with Fortune 500 companies, from cold outreach and discovery through multi-stakeholder negotiation, close, and expansion.
  • Build and manage a $3M+ pipeline through prospecting, referrals, events, and strategic outreach.
  • Navigate buying committees spanning Chief Sustainability Officers, CFOs, procurement, and legal.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover strategic pressures, organizational dynamics, and commitment gaps.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing environmental-market intelligence beyond the product pitch.

Success Measures

  • First 90 days: Ramp on the platform, environmental-market fundamentals, and competitive positioning; audit the inherited pipeline; create a prospecting strategy; and run discovery with 10+ qualified accounts.
  • First 180 days: Close the first enterprise deal, build a self-generated pipeline, contribute to the product roadmap, and develop AI workflows to improve productivity.
  • First year: Exceed quota, expand 2+ existing accounts, and contribute to Patch's market positioning.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience with a consistent record of 100%+ quota attainment.
  • Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder deals with companies of 1,000+ employees.

  • Experience at a Series A–D company helping shape the go-to-market motion.
