Account Executive, DACH
Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Mixpanel across a strategic EMEA territory, from prospecting through closing and account strategy. The role requires proven SaaS sales success, complex-deal experience, senior stakeholder engagement, and strong consultative communication.

Responsibilities
- Own a strategic enterprise sales plan for the territory, aligned with market opportunity and Mixpanel’s product strengths.
- Drive outbound prospecting and convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.
- Run full sales cycles from discovery through close, including tailored, ROI-based proposals.
- Build and maintain an accurate, well-qualified pipeline and forecast.
- Develop consultative relationships with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and connecting them to Mixpanel’s value.
- Represent Mixpanel at industry events and regional forums.
- Track the competitive landscape and position Mixpanel’s differentiation within the partner ecosystem.
- Share successful approaches with GTM leadership to help shape regional sales strategy.
Requirements
- Track record of success in SaaS sales, including complex sales cycles with large organizations.
- Experience building pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, and account planning.
- Ability to build and influence relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience selling to high-growth technology companies and established enterprises.
- Familiarity with a structured sales methodology such as MEDDPICC or Value Selling.
- Collaborative, high-integrity, customer-first approach.
- Strong self-direction and confident communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and adapting as markets and deals shift.

- Experience selling data, analytics, business intelligence, or martech solutions.
- Network or track record in the broader technology ecosystem, including hyperscalers, cloud, or AI.
- Experience selling into retail, e-commerce, financial services, media and entertainment, or marketplaces.

- Fluency in French, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, or another Nordic language.
