Solutions Consultant
Own the full technical customer journey from discovery and proof of concept through implementation, go-live, and handoff. The role requires 4–6 years of customer-facing solutions experience, hands-on integration and architecture skills, and the ability to build credible ROI cases.

Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops, identify underlying customer constraints, and document technical value cases.
- Build and defend ROI models using customer data.
- Configure sandbox and testing environments and map the solution within customer technology stacks.
- Scope and build integrations with marketplaces, developer portals, and other systems.
- Answer architecture questions using current-state and future-state diagrams.
- Design and deliver demos, proofs of concept, and trials tied to real use cases.
- Run simulations and optimizations with Claude, quantify business value, and manage pilots end to end.
- Own technical implementation and integrations from post-sale through production go-live and stable handoff.
- Lead pilot readouts and go/no-go discussions, then transition customers to Customer Success and Engineering.
- Feed recurring technical gaps to Product and Engineering and contribute small product updates and pull requests.
- Create reusable templates, scripts, and reference architectures.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of customer-facing experience in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical program/launch management.
- Experience owning customer engagements from discovery through go-live.
- Hands-on experience using Claude or comparable AI tools to build solutions.
- Strong discovery and workshop facilitation skills with technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to script, work with APIs, configure sandboxes, and build integrations.
- Architecture fluency across OMS, WMS, TMS, POS, and external systems.
- Ability to build and defend ROI models using customer data.
- Experience operating with enterprise-scale, multi-region and multi-channel environments.
- Strong communication, builder mindset, and comfort working in ambiguous environments.
Nice to Have
- Experience running simulations or optimizations and building executive-level value models.
- Logistics, delivery, or supply chain experience.
- Value engineering, management consulting, or technical program management background.
