Partnerships Manager
Own the full partnership lifecycle for FieldPulse, a field service management platform. Source, negotiate, onboard, and grow strategic partnerships to drive customer acquisition and revenue while collaborating cross-functionally.

What You'll Do
- Own the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, onboarding, activating, and growing strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and long-term business value.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of partnership opportunities across multiple channels.
- Evaluate partnership opportunities through business and financial analysis to determine strategic fit.
- Negotiate partnership agreements that create value for both FieldPulse and our partners.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans and mutual success strategies with partners.
- Lead partner onboarding and activation, ensuring successful launches and long-term adoption.
- Establish KPIs, business reviews, and reporting to measure partnership performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with partners while serving as their primary point of contact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to execute partnership initiatives and advocate for partner needs.
- Represent FieldPulse at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities while continuously identifying new partnership opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience managing strategic partnerships, business development, channel partnerships, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success managing the full partnership lifecycle, from acquiring new partners through long-term relationship management.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable prospecting through networking, outreach, and strategic business development.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate partnership opportunities using financial and operational data.
- Ability to discuss software integrations and technical partnership opportunities with confidence.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoys taking ownership.
