Responsibilities
- Own strategic transformation engagements end to end for major enterprise accounts.
- Set engagement plans, align stakeholders, drive execution, and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
- Map legal and professional-services workflows and identify high-value opportunities for AI transformation.
- Build roadmaps for reimagining workflows in partnership with Legal Engineering and Legal Innovation.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery and structured change management.
- Equip change champions, run enablement sessions, monitor usage, and resolve adoption blockers.
- Advise senior partners, General Counsel, and legal leadership on AI-native operating-model changes involving governance, talent, processes, and KPIs.
- Deliver documented transitions to Customer Success, including adoption summaries, open risks, and recommended next steps.
- Document learnings and improve transformation playbooks, templates, and frameworks.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or senior client advisory, including Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or equivalent experience.
- Experience owning complex transformation programs end to end, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and measurable outcomes.
- Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or enterprise change-management programs.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to build credibility with senior partners and C-suite leaders.
- Strong program-management skills, including planning, risk identification, and outcome delivery.
- Genuine curiosity about AI and its implications for legal work.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and developing processes in environments where the playbook is still being written.
