Renewal Manager
Owns end-to-end customer renewals including forecasting, negotiation, and expansion discovery for a high-volume SaaS book of business. Requires 5+ years quota-carrying client-facing experience and onsite presence in New York.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with C-level, VP, and director-level stakeholders to drive renewals from initial outreach through negotiation to close
- Manage a high-volume book of business, consistently exceeding retention and multi-year renewal targets while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to secure on-time renewals, preserve contract value, and unlock growth
- Maintain a forward-looking 90-day forecast of gross renewal rate, net revenue retention, and risk exposure to provide leadership with real-time pipeline visibility
- Serve as the voice of the customer to product teams, influencing roadmap decisions with feedback on new features and unmet needs
- Work with GTM Strategy to refine and scale the renewal motion—developing repeatable email cadences, talk tracks, and reporting dashboards tailored to varying deal complexities
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a client-facing, quota carrying role (renewals, account management, sales, customer success) ideally in a SaaS company
- Demonstrated experience in consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
- Experience in managing complex renewal processes (multi-threading, ROI analysis, etc.) is a plus
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Bonus: Experience working in real estate or prop tech
- Willingness to work in person at our office at least 4 days a week
