Responsibilities
- Build and manage partner relationships within the assigned territory.
- Manage professional host accounts to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Analyze data and use data-driven recommendations to identify strategic opportunities and increase sales.
- Prospect and onboard high-quality supply in the assigned geography.
- Provide baseline technical integration support for software partners.
- Represent Airbnb in external meetings with professional hosts and at industry conferences.
- Educate clients on product changes and relay product and policy feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Hold regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
- Develop strong, long-lasting partnerships and deep knowledge of local market trends and dynamics.
- Deliver timely, exceptional service to professional hosts, including occasional travel for in-person support.
- Work cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and book of business.
- Proficient quantitative skills and experience applying data to day-to-day decisions.
- Ability to work strategically and tactically in ambiguous environments.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong time management, prioritization, resourcefulness, and self-direction.
- High proficiency with CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and other core objects.
- Based in Mexico and willing to travel regularly to the assigned territory, typically once per quarter.
- Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.

Compensation and Benefits
- Mexico monthly pay range: $60,000–$75,000 MXN.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
