Applied AI Transformation Manager - APAC
This role advises strategic enterprise customers and leads delivery of agentic AI transformation programs, including value targeting, rollout, metrics, and centers of excellence. It requires technical fluency, strong program management, customer relationship skills, and 3–5 years of strategy consulting experience.

Responsibilities
- Work with customer leadership to identify, quantify, and report value targets for productivity gains and financial impact.
- Ensure seamless operations and delivery for the overall customer program in close partnership with the account team.
- Maintain visibility into playbook implementation, consumption metrics, and value metrics for customer and internal stakeholders.
- Build strong customer relationships and trust through delivery.
- Oversee onboarding and rollout to thousands of engineers, ensuring successful deployment.
- Apply analytical and technical program management skills to support customer executives and teams, particularly with value realization and tracking.
- Build centers of excellence within accounts and empower them through tailored enablement programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's-level undergraduate education in computer science or electrical engineering.
- Software engineering internship or full-time work experience.
- 3–5 years at a Big Three strategy consulting firm, with a strong background in value targeting and realization and technology strategy, plus a proven track record of building and expanding client relationships.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to learn exceptionally quickly.
Nice-to-haves
- 2+ years of experience at a startup in a customer-facing role.
- Experience as a software engineer, sales engineer, technical account manager, or in another technical role.
- Experience as a founder or early-stage employee at a high-growth startup.
