Technical Program Manager
Manages commercial delivery of concurrent enterprise big data and analytics engagements across ASEAN and Greater China. The role requires at least four years of project management experience, strong commercial and risk-management skills, and the ability to coordinate customer, account, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
- Own commercial delivery of services across multiple concurrent projects in ASEAN and Greater China, ranging from short individual engagements to six-month, multi-person team engagements.
- Define project scope, manage delivery, and mitigate risks through project reporting, milestone tracking, and financial management.
- Work with account management and customer teams to hand over engagements from sales to delivery.
- Maintain accurate project reporting and keep relevant stakeholders informed of project activity and outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience successfully managing and overseeing big data projects with teams of up to five people and contract values exceeding $0.5 million.
- Experience managing enterprise-scale projects and global deployments, ideally in the big data and analytics domain.
- Knowledge of industry project management techniques, including Agile project delivery; PMI, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to mentor team members.
- Initiative, determination, and a high degree of resourcefulness.
- Strong commercial focus and experience managing both time-and-materials and fixed-price engagements.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
