Talent Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage interview scheduling in partnership with recruiters and hiring teams.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide a strong candidate experience.
  • Coordinate complex interviews across stakeholders, locations, and time zones.
  • Participate in hiring kick-off calls and support recruiters throughout recruitment processes.
  • Maintain accurate information in the applicant tracking system and talent acquisition databases.
  • Advertise open positions and ensure job postings are accurate, consistent, and compliant.
  • Support employer-brand initiatives.
  • Optimize scheduling and operational processes to improve hiring velocity.
  • Maintain data hygiene and identify automation and efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in an assistant, coordinator, or operational role in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and solutions.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and create a structured weekly schedule.
  • Confidence using technology and digital tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ideally in a customer- or candidate-facing role.
  • Consistently deliver an excellent candidate or customer experience.
  • Outgoing, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with job boards or applicant tracking systems.
