Recruiting Coordinator
Coordinates end-to-end interviews, candidate communications, ATS records, and virtual interview logistics for a fully remote recruiting team. Requires recruiting or administrative scheduling experience, strong organization, polished writing, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination, including complex, multi-stakeholder interview panels across multiple time zones.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process.
- Draft and send scheduling confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, offer logistics, and other professional communications.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline stages in an Applicant Tracking System.
- Coordinate virtual interview logistics, including calendar management, video conferencing setup, and last-minute rescheduling.
- Support recruiting operations such as offer letter preparation, background check coordination, and onboarding handoffs.
Requirements
- Prior experience in recruiting coordination, HR coordination, or executive/administrative scheduling.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience managing calendars through Outlook.
- Hands-on experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage high-volume scheduling.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Professional, service-oriented approach focused on candidate experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or other major ATS platforms.
Compensation and Benefits
- Contract through December 31, 2026.
- Up to 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $24–$28 per hour.
